# Consensus mechanism (POS)

Bosagora 블록체인은 Casper the Finality Gadget(Casper-FFG)과 LMD-Ghost 포크 선택 알고리즘을 결합한 [Gasper](https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/consensus-mechanisms/pos/gasper/)를 사용하여 PoS(Proof of Stake) 컨센서스를 달성하고 있다. 이것은 2020년 12월부터 이더리움 비콘 체인 합의 메커니즘에 사용되었기 때문에 잘 테스트되고 신뢰할 수 있고 안전한 것으로 입증되었다.
